Vaibu Mohan

Vaibu has been a student of Silambam for 2 decades and a teacher for the past save  years. She completed her arangetram in 2013 and has been a core member of the Silambam Phoenix team since then. She loves teaching children the building blocks of Bharatanatyam and watching them grow over years of hard work and dedication. She is currently a working artist in New York City and the Managing Producer of Heartbeat Opera. 

Aditi Nair

Aditi has been a dancer with Silambam Phoenix for 19 years. She completed her arangetram in 2013 and has been an active part of the Silambam family ever since. She is currently finishing her masters degree in global health and international relations. Her research and career interests lie at the nexus of human and healthcare rights among international institutions. She hopes to pursue a career in the non-profit field in the coming years. 

Nimisha Nair

Nimisha has been with Silambam Phoenix since October 2005 and now helps teaching classes for younger students. She is currently a senior at Arizona State University on the pre-med track and will graduate in spring 2022. Nimisha has been doing research in the downtown Phoenix area that are focused on improving different aspects of citizens' health in local communities. She is also an intern for Hospice of the Valley. 
 

 All senior students of Silambam Phoenix are student instructors, and they regularly volunteer to teach the younger students. This is also an essential part of the training at Silambam Phoenix.
