A devotee's pilgrimage to the Divine Mother becomes an encounter with ten different faces of her — Kali, Kamala, Tara, Bhairavi, and more — each demanding she surrender a different illusion. Told through Bharatanatyam dance and Carnatic music, Dasamahavidya is a piece of dance theater that traces her journey from ritual to rupture to revelation, until nothing false is left to hold onto.
